od nejrychlejšího (bullet, lightning) přes solidní bleskovku po aktivní šach či i velmi pomalou hru,
proto je doporučen jako nejlepší časové tempo pro turnaje v bughouse realtime (dvoj)šachu, s minimálními problémy pro rozhodčí
(bez šílených problémů s chaotickými figurkami na šachovnici v posledních vteřinách hry, minimalizován problém se skrýváním figurek poškozující hru apod).
Často je bughouse šach na Czech Openu hrán s 2 či 3 vteřinami na tah (plus 2 či 3 minutová rezerva z níž je čas odečítán pokud hrajete pomaleji),
což je stále superrychlý šach.
Lze ho nastavit na libovolných standartních šachových hodinách vyhovujícím FIDE
např. DGT (mnoho řad) či Chronos apod.

V posledních letech se toto časové tempo začalo objevovat též v nejsilněji obsazených turnajích klasického šachu ve světě.
Garantovaný čas na tah odpovídá i moderním trendům počítačových strategických her, kde není cílem hrát co nejrychleji,
ale spíše hrát v solidním rychlém tempu. Tím se liší strategické hry od arkád.
